At least one author must register in advance with “Author fee”; one fee includes one paper:
610 € (Virtual attendance for authors)
780 € (In Person attendance for authors)
600 € (Extra Paper fee: for each paper presented by the same author exceeding the one included in the fee)

Online registrations for in person attendance will close on Thursday 19 October 2023. Onsite registrations will then be available.

Online registrations for virtual attendance will close on Monday 23 October 2023.

Papers for which none of the authors is registered will not be included in the conference program.

The IN PERSON Registration Fee includes:

  • Remote access to Workshops on Thu. 26 Oct.
  • Access to the conference venue
  • Daily coffee breaks

  • Up to 1 paper upload for presentation and publication (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s) and select the Author fee)
  • You can purchase maximum 2 extra pages per accepted paper.

    Terms and Conditions

    Confirmation
    After registering you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Should you not receive it, please check your spam email first and then contact the Help Desk.
    We strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors.

    Invitation letters for visa or other uses
    If you need an Invitation Letter for Visa purposes please refer to https://www.wi-iat.com/wi-iat2023/Visa-Application.html. Requests should be addressed to wi-iat2023@theoffice.it.

    Invoice
    An invoice will be issued automatically issued for your registration as soon as the payment is confirmed. It is your personal responsibility to state whether you want it issued to you at your personal address or whether you want it made out to your Institute/Company and provide all requested info.

    It is not possible to change invoicing details once it is issued. Participants requesting to change invoicing details will be charged € 40 as this would mean issue a credit note and a brand new invoice.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation must be made by sending a written notice to the Organizing Secretariat, to wi-iat2023@theoffice.it

    Before 29-08-23: registration fee will be reimbursed minus 30% for administrative charges. On and After 29-08-23: no refund is envisaged.

    All refunds will be made after the conference.

    Force Majeure
    Unexpected cancellation of the conference. The organising committee reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the organising committee is freed of all responsibility. Limitation of liability. In the event of it being impossible to carry out the Conference for force majeure cases, so long as this arises from a cause not attributable to the organisers, the organisers shall only be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event. This liability only extends to the payments made directly to the Conference and not to payments made by the attendees to the hotel or airlines.
